I had heard good things about Momofuku with their New York location. So when I found out that one was going to open in Toronto, I was quite excited. I finally had the opportunity to go this past month with my friends Firyal and Susan.

Chinese New Year occurred on February 10th. It’s the Year of the Snake (Can’t wait for next year!). Sometimes we go out to a restaurant, or we stay at home and have a feast. This year we stayed at home, ordered some dishes, and had home cooked vegetarian ones.
For my Grandpa’s birthday, the whole family went to a restaurant to celebrate. We always rotate between the numerous Asian restaurants that are close by. As well, the same dishes are ordered. When you have over 30 people in your family, it gets very boring.
